Most Loved Foods Around The World

March 27, 2018 by Jeremy

We all love food! And, even if we all have our own food preferences, there are some food items which are most loved all around the world! Do you know which ones? Let’s see if you’ve ever tasted these delicious foods or if they’ve always been on your food bucket list.

Goi Cuon, Vietnam

Made from pork, herbs, rice vermicelli and shrimps, this snack is wrapped in rice paper, which is then served at room temperature. It acts like light meat in the mouth, which explodes with flavours in the mouth. This Vietnam delicacy is dipped in a sweet sauce made from ground peanuts, to make it taste better.

Cheeseburger, United States

It is widely known that McDonalds is the favourite place to be of Americans. You know the real power of cheese, only after adding it to a hamburger! Want to know the perfect American meal? Roll the reels of Cash Diner slots at Regal Wins Casino, and the symbols will speak for themselves! Admire food symbols like fries, burgers and sundaes, and feel the American food crave! At Regal Wins Casino, you can enjoy other online slots which will please your eyes and will bring water to your mouth.

Fettucini alfredo, Italy

If you have been to Italy but haven’t tried Fettucini Alfredo, then you might have been to the wrong country! The main ingredients of this pasta are butter and parmesan cheese. This dish is overly rich and creamy, and can be made in just 15 minutes. Making this for your friends and family means. . . they would want to have food at your place more often!

Laska, Singapore

Originating from Singapore, laksa can be tasted in Indonesia or Malaysia as well. This authentic bowl of rich food comes with slippery vermicelli, spicy broth and, chicken and prawns as toppings. Having a spoon of this curry-coconut is the best travelling experience ever- you’ll be transported to three countries at the same point.

Seafood Paella, Spain

You’re sitting by the shore and a warm breeze caresses your face. . . and a steamy pan of paella is put in front of you! Most famous in Spain, this seafood dish is made from lobsters, shrimps, cuttlefish, and mussel. It is then combined with oil, salt, rich and many herbs. This dish can send you to heaven. . . if but, if you’re Spain, then you’re already there!

Fish and Chips, England

Being around since 1860, fish and chips have always been popular among the Brits. The people of England have always liked it a little crunchy outside, soft inside and easy to make. You just need to sprinkle it with vinegar, salt and tartar sauce, and the trick’s done.

So, have you tried any of the above food items? Given that the world is now a massive global village, you can try foods from all around the world in different cities. Find the best ‘exclusive’ restaurants around you, and try foods from all over the world.

My name is Jeremy and I used to be a pretty high-up chef in New York City. I worked at a few high scale restaurants and loved it for many years. But then it began to feel like something was missing. After a short trip to Thailand, I knew what I had to do.

I came back to NYC, gave my work notice, packed up and headed out to the road. Since 2015, I've been backpacking around the world (and eating everything!!!). Thankfully with all the walking I do traveling, I've only gained a few pounds hahaha. Read More…
