No Boil Fudge

Ingredients:
1 lb confectioners' powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan over medium/low heat. Stir until smooth. Stir in pecans and quickly pour the mixture into a buttered 9x5" bread loaf pan. Cool, cut, and remove. Makes about 20-24 pieces.
