this is a very easy soup to make when you want something that's got a bit more to it then canned soup. my husband loves it.
ingredients
apx. 30 oz. chicken broth (this stuff works really, really well)
1 cup baby carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, halved
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 cup to 1 cup egg noodles
directions
1. pour chicken broth in a large pot and bring to a boil.
2. stir in carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and chicken.
3. simmer over medium-high heat for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. remove chicken, add desired amount of noodles, and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
5. return chicken to soup.
6. simmer over medium heat for ten minutes.
like i said, very, very easy, but very, very good.
