i got this recipe originally from allrecpies.com, then made some minor adjustments. it's absolutely delicious and very easy.

ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (6 is not absolutely necessary, i made it with two and it was still great)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
1/2 cup chardonnay
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom and chicken soup (this is actually a type of soup that campbell's makes and it's perfect for this recipe)
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

directions
1. season chicken breasts lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. place in slow cooker.
2. in a medium mixing bowl, combine the wine, condensed soup, and mushrooms. in another bowl, mix together sour cream and flour. stir sour cream mixture into the mushrooms, soup, and wine. pour over chicken in slow cooker. sprinkle with additional paprika, if desired.
3. cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
