
this is a recipe i orginally got from campbell's. it's very simple and easy to modify to fit your own tastes.
ingredients
1lb. ground beef (we tried it with ground turkey which is just as good)
1 can tomato soup
1 cup salsa
ground cheddar cheese (we substituted 'taco cheese' and it was very good)
directions
1. brown hamburger.
2. drain grease.
3. stir in tomato soup and salsa.
4. let it simmer on the lowest heat setting possible for about 10 minutes, stirring every once in a while.
5. top with cheese and serve on hamburger buns (we also tried it in hard taco shells which i'd recommend as well).
