
I made this meal up by winging it because I didn't have all the ingredients for any of my regular sausage recipes but I had to cook them tonight since it was the last day they'd be good and I didn't want to freeze them. It turned out great!
- 6 Italian sausages
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Garlic, to taste
- 1 26-ounce (give or take) can of chopped tomatoes
- Hot, cooked rice
Boil sausages for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice. In a large skillet, brown onions, sausage, and garlic. Add tomatoes. I used the tomatoes that have herbs included, otherwise you could just toss in any spices that float your boat. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
