Easy garlic grilled pork chops
the cook:jaya about more

I made these for the first time tonight, and they were excellent. I really suggest grilling them, as it allows the garlic flavor to really come out.

Garlic Grilled Pork Chops

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried majoram leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaf
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaf
6 cloves garlic (more or less to taste) OR 1 tablespoon minced garlic from a jar, plus a little liquid
~ 4 small pork chops

If using fresh garlic, mash to form paste like substance.

Mix all ingredients and then rub over pork. Grill for 10 minutes on indirect medium heat, flipping once. Cook to at least 160F.

Best served with steamed asparagus and rice pilaf.
