Marinated Asparagus

* Equal parts of white vinegar and water, bring to a boil.
* Drop asparagus in boiling vinegar/water for about 3-4 minutes.
* Remove asaparagus and drain well. (Dry on touch).
* Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and a little crushed red pepper.
