
1 whole chicken
2 cans diced tomatoes in juice
3 carrots chopped
1 cup chopped garlic
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tbls oregano
1 tbls rosemary
3 bay leaves
Place chicken in crockpot with vegetables. Cover with tomatoes and spices. Cover crockpot and cook for 6-10 hours on low. Serve with Pasta or rice, be aware that the chicken will literally fall apart as you pull it out of the crockpot.
