
2 c. chicken (cooked and cut up)
10 oz spiral noodles
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Onion powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Mix with chicken and place in oven-safe dish. Meanwhile, melt butter on low heat. Add onion powder Slowly add flour and bring to light boil. Add milk and chicken broth. Stir frequently over med-high heat until it boils. The sauce should thicken. After it boils add parmesan cheese and pour over noodles and chicken. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
