
Recipe for multi chip cookies. Great for holiday baking ideas.
2 ¾ C. flour
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 C. sugar
½ C. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. honey
2 lg eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. milk choc chips
1 C. white choc chips
½ C. peanut butter chips
½ C. butterscotch chips
Heat oven to 325°. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In another medium bowl, cream butter, sugars and honey. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture and all chips. Stir until blended. Cook 18-20 minutes at 2 inches apart. Yield 3 dozen.
