Macaroni Au Gratin

I don't remember where this recipe came from - I know that I copied it from somebody after eating it at their house when I was like 16 :) Its a bit easier than my normal Macaroni and Cheese because I take more time making the sauce on that one. This one is more "dump and stir".

2 cups dry macaroni noodles, cooked and drained.

After cooking noodles, put all of this in the pan and stir until smooth:
1 can Cream of Celery soup
2 cups Milk
3 cups Grated Cheese (I used Mozerella this time)
1t Mustard
2 oz cream cheese
dash of salt

Add noodles to mixture, and stir a bit. Butter a baking dish (11x7 was almost too small - next time I'll try a 13x9!) and pour in. Top with breadcrumbs* and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.

* for a special touch to replace the breadcrumbs, take a dozen or so Ritz or Club crackers and butter them on one side. Put in a ziplock bag and crush into fine pieces. Sprinkle over the top of the baking dish.
