
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Diced onion (as much or as little as you want)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Shredded cheddar cheese
4-6 biscuits (can be frozen or home-made)
Boil chicken. Dice and place in 8x8 oven dish. Saute onion until tender. Add milk, sour cream, soup and mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese on top. Then place uncooked biscuits on top. Cook for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
Note: I used Pillsbury frozen Southern Style biscuits and it took 30 minutes @ 375 to get the biscuits done completely.
