
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients, add meat, and marinate for two hours in refridgerator, turning at least once. Remove meat, reserve marinade for basting, and place on grill. Brush each side with marinade while grilling. This recipe goes especially well with poultry, but may also be used for beef and pork as well.
