
Oh My Goodness its Granola!
Who would have thought that Granola this yummy could be this easy? Totally Customizable for your tastes.
1/2 c oil ( i used butter)
2 tbls molasses (full flavor)
1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey.
(I added anothr flavor layer by including 2 teaspons of orange flavor. )
Combine all three ingrediants and melt in a pan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes then stir the liquid into
3 Cups Rolled oats
1/3 c sesame seeds
(You can also add wheat germ, and or coconut here. )
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then stir in
1/2 c nuts of your choosing
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
Bake an additonal 5 minutes. Add assorted dried fruits such as
1/3 c dried cherries
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup zante currants.
Let cool and store in an airtight container. Enjoy as breakfast cereal, sprinkled over yogurt, or out of hand as a snack.
