Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

These make a fantatic snack as well as a nice appetizer warm


(Inspired by The Pasta and Co)
3 cups pumpkin seeds, hulled , the kind you find in the bulk section at the grocery store.
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbls sweet paprika
1 tsp Cayenne (90,000 scorville units)
1 tsp Chipolte Pepper ground (Available at Penzeys.com)
2 tsp garlic powder
Heat Oven to 350 degrees
Combine all spices except garlic powder
Mix Pumpkin seeds with oil, add spices except for garlic and toss.
Spread onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 until the pumpkin seeds are puffed, about 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then add garlic powder and toss again.
Store in a Sealed container, or serve warm as a party appitze
