Fajita Fries

This recipe is from Kristi at Through The Looking Glass

I make this stuff for the kids all the time, but its a hit with the adults in the house too.

1 lg bag of fries or 6 Baker potatoes
1 shaker of Fajita seasoning and or Greek Seasoning
1 Can Of Pam or something like it

Pre-heat the oven to around 375 for twenty minutes. Chop up the potatoes into either wedges or thin fries. First coat the potatoes with the Pam, then start seasoning with the salts and other ingredients. To add an extra kick, I normally add some cajun seasoning to them. Pends on yer taste. Anyhow cook for about 35-45 minutes or until a bit brown and soft and viola, easy fajita fries. Very yummy!
