-Chicken breasts (as many as you can fit depending on the size of your crockpot)
-1 can of cream of chicken soup
-1 can of cream of mushroom soup
-Garlic and onion powder
-Pasta of any kind
Rinse the chicken breasts and place in the bottom of a lightly greased crockpot (I use cooking spray). Season well with garlic and onion powder. In a large bowl, mix the two soups together. Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (11 hours works well). When chicken is ready to eat, boil and drain your pasta. Serve chicken on a bed of pasta with some of the sauce from the crockpot. Goes well with a mix of vegetables.
This recipe is simple enough that I can do it easily even when I'm bleary-eyed at 8 in the morning and still uncaffeinated. However, in spite of the simplicity and the short list of ingredients, it tastes great when it's all done!
