
This is something that my kiddos want every night! They help make it as it's super easy.
Boneless, skinless chicken tenders (raw) about 20 or so
Bread crumbs (Parmesan, Italian, etc.)
Paper Plates
Water in a bowl
Glass baking dish lined with foil or a baking stone. (If you use a stone, put the stone in first, with the chicken, then heat the oven. The chicken tastes best on a stone!)
Heat oven to 400° F.
Put bread crumbs on a paper plate. We use the Parmesan kind the most. Take a chicken tender dip it in warm water. Roll it on the paper plate until both sides are covered. Put in dish or on stone. Continue until all chicken is used.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
They don't even use ketchup when I make these! :)
