Who doesnt like cake? Who doesnt like ice cream? Take these two treats and combine them for a tasty treat!
The hardest part is letting the ice cream sit out on the counter melting and looking yummy.

! pint of ice cream melted. Your favorite flavor. (I used Tiramisu most recently)
1 white or yellow cake mix.
2 eggs
1/3 c milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips.
1 tablspoon vanilla

In a bowl combine cake mix, melted ice cream, and eggs. Blend with an electric mixer until thick and smooth.
Bake in a 9x 13 pan for 40 min. (Alternatly this could be made into cupcakes, just be sure to bake them a shorter time and test them.)

While the cake is cooling, make the frosting.
In a sauce pan, combine milk,and sugar. Bring to a low boil and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir till smooth and pour the icing glaze over the cooled cake. Make sure to push the icing to the edges so it will dribble down to cover the sides.
