
8 lasagna noodles - uncooked
1 lbs ground turkey or beef
1 tsp. seasoning of choice (I use Mrs. Dash)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (about 28 oz.)
1/3 cup water
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
You can also add whatever veggies you like.
Break noodles. Place half in bottom of greased crockpot.
Brown ground turkey in saucepan. Drain. Stir in seasoning. Spread half over noodles in crockpot.
Layer half of sauce and water, half of cottage cheese, and half of mozzarella cheese over turkey. Repeat layers.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
