This is a recipe for a simple ghetto dijoinaise dressing for french fry dipping that I came up with back in grade school.
Mayonaise, ground pepper, plain yellow mustard, and of course french fries (or any other dippable substance of your choice).
Take about three 4 parts mayo, 1 part mustard, and as much pepper as you can handle (I like to put just enough in so that it's a bit grainy and almost crunchy, but you may not like as much pepper). Mix it up in an appropriate container.
Now comes the fun part. Dip your french fries in the sauce, and eat! Also works nicely with hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and pieces of lettuce, but don't try to use it as salad dressing, as it's a bit strong.
