Spinach Artichoke Dip

This recipe is from Neil.

This is a very good warm dip, and horribly bad for you. Serve with chips or french bread

1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
2 cans artichoke hearts diced
1 small jar mayonaisse
1 can grated parmesan cheese
spices to taste (white pepper, garlic, salt, basil)

mix all ingredients in an oven safe dish. Bake at 350º for 15-30 minutes. Top should be bubbly and golden brown.

variations:
1 Diced Tomato
diced chicken breast
crab meat
