Chads Egg Salad

This recipe is from Chad of Taco Shop Psychic.

four hard boiled eggs
some diced onion (you be the judge, I used about 2 oz. of Vidalia)
one garlic clove, minced
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
dash hot sauce
some mayonnaise or mayo substitute
1 tbsp tequila

Throw all ingredients in a bowl. Thoroughly crush eggs with handy-dandy trusty fork. Mix well. Mmm, tequila...

I suspect that most any lemon-flavored cola would go well with this.
