Grilled Peaches

This is a really really quick summer dessert. Its less a recipe , and more of a suggestion.

Ingredients...
2-3 peaches per person
Optional - Ice cream, angel food cake, whipped cream.

Slice peaches in half if small or if larger slice them into slices about 1/2 inch thich, removing the pit. After grilling your dinner, slide the peaches on and go enjoy the barbecue. After about 5 min, go back and flip. Enjoy barbecue for another 5-10 min. Come back and check peaches, if they are hot and gooey, remove from the grill and place in a covered bowl. Set for 5 min. When you are ready for dessert open up the bowl. You should find the skins peel right off smoothly slice peaches.

Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or whatever your heart desires. It would also go well into a salsa or as an accompaniment to grilled meats. . The review I got off this when I made it Saturday was that it tasted like pie filling.
