Strawberry Tea Bread

This recipe is from Ladybug of Ladybug's Garden

2 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups rolled (not instant oats)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups crushed strawberries (or 4 cups whole berries)

Instructions:

Mix together flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder in one bowl.

In another bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla, then stir in the dry ingredients into the wet until just mixed. Add strawberries and stire combine them completely.

Pour batter into two greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Bake at 375 (F) for 45-50 minutes until tops are browned and firm to touch, and cake tester inserted in the centres come out clean. Run knife around the edges of the loaf pans and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes. Then turn out onto the rack to cool completely.
