Campbell's® Chicken & Cheese Rice Bake
Prep Time: 10 min. / Cook Time: 1 hr.
1 can (26 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup water
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
6 bone-in chicken breast halves
MIX soup, water, cheese and rice in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper.
BAKE at 375° F. for 1 hr. or until done. Stir rice before serving. Serves 6.
