
This is a tasty and easy curry sauce that works well with tofu, chicken, or ground turkey cooked with onions. Serve over rice.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp curry powder or to taste (I like lots of curry - more like 1 tbsp)
1 cup milk or to desired thickness
1/2 cup sour cream
Combine and add to cooked meat or tofu. Simmer until warm. Optionally, add frozen peas, raisins, peanuts, or diced apple.
