Cream Curry Sauce

1/2 C. sundried tomatoes, reconstituted and chopped
1 C. heavy cream
2 t. margarine
2 garlic cloves
1 t. curry powder
pinch turmeric
pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 C. grated Romano cheese

Mix tomatoes with cream, set aside. Melt margarine and saute garlic. Pour cream mixture into pan. Add curry, turmeric and cayenne. Add cheese, stir until smooth. Taste, and adjust seasonings if needed. I like extra curry. ;-) Top over pasta and fresh steamed or stir fried veggies. I use bowtie pasta and chopped asparagus, snow peas and carrots. Although we vary this recipe a lot depending on what we have on hand.
