2 lbs. Peas (red peas, blackeye, etc.)
4 lbs. Rice
3 cups coconut milk
Seasoning: Seasoning Salt, Salt, Thyme, Eskellion, Garlic, Black Pepper.
Put peas in a small amount of water on the stove in a medium pressure cooker. When the peas are boiled, use coconut milk to sink peas. Cook on Pressure 4 for 15-25mins. Add seasoning & rice, cook under low heat. This can be served with any meat you like.
