leftover Roast Beef
thick beef gravy
mashed potatoes
Grated cheddar cheese
Cut Roast Beef into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place Roast Beef into bottom of Pyrex casarole pan. cover with gravy. I like the gravy that comes in a jar. Leave enough room to cover with mashed potatoes. I fill pan half full with meat & gravy & half full with mashed potateos. Then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 deg. for 30 min. Serve. It's great...
