1 lb. hamburger
1 onion - chopped
4 potatoes - diced
2 cans tomato soup
3 celery stalks - diced
4 carrots - diced
4 cups hot water
3 tbsp. beef bullion
8 tbsp. pot barley
1 bay leaf
salt & pepper to taste
Cook and drain hamburger. Combine all ingredients into a large pot. Cook slowly for a couple of hours. This soup can be frozen and prepared at a later time.
