Honey-Balsamic Marinade for Steak

This is the marinade I used for my steaks when I tried out my new George Foreman grill last night. The results were excellent!

1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon (or to taste) Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Just mix everything together in a bowl. I usually warm the honey jar for about 30 seconds in the microwave, so that the honey pours and mixes more easily.

This makes enough for 4 steaks. The steaks can be marinated for as little as two hours, or as long as two days.

The cooking time for the steaks will vary depending on the size of the steak, the cooking method (grilling is quicker than pan-frying), and your preference for doneness.
