Here's a food website that I enjoy....NapaStyle. It's run by chef Michael Chiarello, who you may have seen on TV in his PBS shows, "Season By Season" and "Michael Chiarello's Napa". I got to meet him at last year's "Boston Cooks" culinary expo...he did a wonderful demonstration, and he's even more entertaining in person than he is on TV.
The reason I like his website is that he provides all the recipes for everything he cooks on his shows. I don't know about you, but I get annoyed when I go to some cooking shows' websites, only to find only one or two recipes from each episode...if you want the others, you have to buy the chef's latest cookbook.
Not at this site! There is an extensive search engine, and you can also browse recipes by category, by source, and by ingredients. Each recipe is also available in a printer-friendly format, which I like.
Go over there and check it out!
