I saw a version of this recipe in Taste of Home (an old issue) and had to go and find one that was similar to the one I have made in the past.
3 cups cooked rice
1 small can chopped green chiles
8 oz sour cream
1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Mix rice, green chiles, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese together
Place in lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top
Bake at 350° approximately 20 minutes, until bubbly.
