Sometimes it's just easier to make a meal you want leftovers from! I discovered this recipe through much trial and error~

You will need :
Beef Stew Meat (2 packages)
Green Peppers (2-3 peppers, sliced and cut into bite sized pieces)
BBQ Sauce
2 cans Sliced White Potatoes
Hot Dogs (one package of 8 cut up)
Pineapple Chunks (2 cans, drained)
Mushrooms if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a glass pan with foil and leave enough to fold over to make a cover.

Combine beef and hotdogs in BBQ sauce and mix very well. Lay in pan evenly.

Combine potatoes, pineapple chunks, green peppers and mushrooms in BBQ sauce. Lay in pan over the meat. Do not mix the meat together with the vegetables!

Draw up the sides of foil to make a cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Remove foil cover and check meat. If sauce looks thick, stir up the mixture well, and leave off cover for 20-30 minutes checking every 10 minutes. If sauce is thin, stir up the mixture well and leave cover on for 10 minutes and remove and brown for 20 minutes more.

This recipe should serve 1 hungry sailor, 1 Navy wife, and 2 children under 10 for at least 3-4 meals per person.
