Cheesy Baked Potato Soup

I didn't realize that Heather had just posted another version of this until after I posted this!

4 large potatoes
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup butter
6 cups milk
6 green onions
8 oz sour cream
1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
6 stips bacon or vegetarian bacon, crumbled

Bake potatoes and mash them. In large saucepan, melt butter and add flour. Simmer on low , slowly add milk, stir until thick. Add potatoes and onions. Add everything else. Serve with crumbled bacon on top if desired. I also sauteed an onion and added it when I made this.
