Fill a shot glass 3/4 with the Blue Curaçao. Top with Zambuca. Carefully set the Zambuca on fire with a match. While the drink is flaming, quickly dunk your straw right to the bottom and drink quickly to avoid melting the straw. Warm and tasty, and woefully addictive.
