
Ingredients:
5 cups water
1 1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
Cucumbers
Gallon jug (glass)
Bring to a boil, cool to room temperature then add:
1 tsp. pickling spice
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 onions, thin sliced
1 large head dill or 2 tbsp. dill seed
Quarter cucumbers lengthwise and pack in gallon jug, along with onions, spices, dill and garlic. Pour solution in and refrigerate. Ready in 24 hours!
