Pasta with spicy sausage

-6 Spicy Italian sausages (or whatever type you prefer)
-Cooked pasta (i use fusilli most often in this recipe)
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 to 3 cups frozen vegetables
-1 medium onion chopped
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-Hot pepper flakes or cayenne to taste
-Grated parmesan to taste

Boil sausages for ten minutes, remove, then slice. In frypan or wok, heat oil, then brown sausages slightly. Add onions and garlic to medium heat and cover; cook a few minutes until onions are soft and almost transparent. Raise to medium-high and add chicken broth, hot pepper flakes, and vegetables. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese and salt to taste. Toss with hot, cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.

Cook: 30 minutes
